After receiving your initial database specification, Recordset will then be able to give a close estimate on the time and cost involved. We will then ask for enough information to prepare the applications framework, this will lead to a fixed price quotation and defined timescales.

Our approach would be to design a prototype database application within an agreed timescale; this would be approximately 75% functional and would allow you to get a general idea of how the program works. Upon testing we would require your feedback allowing us to complete the program within a second (agreed in the fixed price quotation) timescale.

Final Payment is due on delivery of the working installation, any bugs and programming errors found during the 1st 6 months will be fixed at no additional cost or loss of data.
